Private Event Server
About The Position
Gunstock is now hiring Private Event Servers at $30/hour! The PE Server will play a major role in ensuring a pleasant experience for Gunstock's guests who attend catered breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, receptions, weddings, and other organized group affairs involving food and beverage service. As a guest-focused organization, it is the responsibility of all resort employees to create a WOW! experience for our guests. Schedule will be based on bookings for events. Private Event Servers may serve as few as ten or as many as hundreds of guests. Style of service may range from casual to formal, involving passed cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, buffets, or highly coordinated multi-course meals in which each guest is served at the same time. The Private Event Server will actively participate in the preparation, set-up, service, break-down and cleanup of catered functions. Their highest priorities will be to support overall experience and guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service while maintaining Gunstock's standards for safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.
- Must have previous event serving or catering experience.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the preparation, set-up, service, break-down and cleanup of catered functions.
- Support overall experience and guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining Gunstock's standards for safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
