SERV is hiring a driven Private Event Sales Manager to sell corporate events, team-building outings, nonprofit functions, and group experiences across the KC metro. If you love building relationships, closing deals, and selling experiences — not commodities — this role is for you. Requirements

  • 3+ years proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong networking + relationship-building skills
  • History of exceeding quotas
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and people-forward
  • Excellent follow-up + CRM discipline
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Sell corporate + group events within a 1-hour KC radius
  • Build your own pipeline + work warm inbound leads
  • Manage both quick-turn and long-cycle deals
  • Attend networking events, site visits, and weekly sales meetings
  • Maintain clean CRM usage (Tripleseat)
