The Private Event Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving private event revenue across the facility, with a strong focus on private events with hospitality/catering. This role blends strategic marketing with proactive sales, using both traditional outreach and grassroots marketing and sales strategies to position the venue as a premier destination for corporate meetings, teambuilding experiences, social celebrations, photoshoots, brand activations, and more. The Manager leads targeted marketing initiatives, builds and maintains relationships with booking agents, promoters, corporate clients, and community partners, and manages the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to negotiating rental agreements and contracts. This position oversees availability, hold requests, and calendar management while collaborating closely with internal departments, catering partners, and the Sr. Manager of Event Booking to maximize revenue opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.
