About The Position

We are seeking a Private Equity & Family Office Strategic Advisor with direct, hands-on experience working within or closely alongside Private Equity firms and Family Offices. This role is centered on leveraging deep ecosystem knowledge and existing relationships to help us align our proprietary leadership and execution methodologies with how PE and Family Office firms operate at the portfolio level. Identifying additional partnership opportunities is a secondary outcome of this work. This is not a research role, deal-sourcing role, or investment analysis position. It is a strategic advisory role designed for someone who already understands how PE and Family Office firms support portfolio companies post-acquisition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience working within Private Equity or Family Offices, or in a senior advisory role to PE-backed portfolios
  • Established relationships within the Private Equity and/or Family Office ecosystem
  • Firsthand exposure to PE operating models, portfolio support functions, or operating partner structures
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams in investor-backed companies
  • Strong understanding of how PE firms drive value through leadership and operational execution (not just financial structure)
  • Private Equity and Family Office ecosystem fluency
  • Portfolio-level operating insight
  • Strategic partnership judgment
  • Executive leadership and operating cadence familiarity
  • High discretion, credibility, and executive communication

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing relationships and ecosystem knowledge to support strategic alignment with PE and Family Office firms
  • Assess and vet Private Equity firms and Family Offices based on their portfolio-level operating models, leadership development practices, and execution discipline
  • Provide insight into post-acquisition operating models, including operating partners, portfolio initiatives, and leadership support structures
  • Help shape partnership models that fit naturally within PE and Family Office operating rhythms
  • Identify additional partnership opportunities as an extension of this work, where alignment is clear and credible
  • Deliver clear, executive-level guidance to inform outreach and engagement decisions
