About The Position

ADULT Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN) Location: CLARKS SUMMIT Schedule: FULL TIME DAYS AND EVENINGS Pay: [$28-32/HR] Make a real difference—one child, one family, one home at a time. Traditional Home Health Care is seeking compassionate ADULT Private Duty Nurses (LPNs and RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort and safety of their homes. Requirements

• Active PA LPN or RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Compassion, reliability, and a passion for helping children thrive

Nice To Haves

• Experience a plus (but not required — we train!)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-on-one care to adult patients
• Follow and document the patient’s plan of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team
• Educate and support families in caring for their loved ones.
