About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit company seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric and adult one-on-one care in McKean County. The company is committed to providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role involves providing hands-on care to a single client, fostering client relationships, and observing their developmental milestones. Clients range in age from infant to geriatric. The position offers flexible scheduling and aims for short commute times.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Caring for patients one-on-one
• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
