About The Position
Make a real impact close to home providing 1:1 in-home care as a BAYADA LPN in DeMotte and surrounding communities. Build strong, meaningful relationships and work at a pace that allows you to truly focus on your client. You'll have 24/7 clinical support when you need it, with weekly pay you can count on. BAYADA provides skilled, one-on-one care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs. Our nurses support clients in the home, building meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care. We currently have clients with open hours in DeMotte, North Judson, Crown Point, Hebron, Rensselaer, Valparaiso and throughout Indianapolis. Additional opportunities are available throughout Fort Wayne and nearby communities. As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates. Requirements
- Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities

Benefits
- $26–$30/hour in Indiana
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum four shifts/month)
- Daytime and Overnight Shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
