About The Position
The Raleigh Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for care to join their team. BAYADA believes in providing the highest quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. The role offers an excellent onboarding and training experience, including hands-on skills in a simulation lab and in-home meet and greets with clients. Nurses receive 24/7 on-call support for clinical and administrative questions and enjoy an incredible culture and team environment with the independence of a home care nurse. The position involves one-to-one client care in their home or school.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state

- One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client near you
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy both in the client's home and at school
