Aon's Private Risk Management Team is seeking a Training & Education Manager to lead our efforts in developing, executing and delivering various training and educational programs for our team. The Training & Education Manager will review existing training curricula and develop new material to train and educate our team members. They will ensure alignment with training objectives as respects to new colleague onboarding, agency management training, business standards training and on-going professional development opportunities. The Training & Education Manager will also support our efforts to hire and train junior colleagues in the areas of client service and sales.
