About The Position

The Private Client CSR plays a key role in providing exceptional service and customized personal insurance solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families. This position involves conducting policy reviews, quoting, servicing, renewal comparisons and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and experienced in handling the unique needs of affluent clients.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in personal insurance, wealth management, or a related field.
Experience working with high-net-worth carriers is a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in common software tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and Gmail
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Professional demeanor and discretion in handling sensitive client information.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

Property and Casualty insurance license preferred or required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Quote with our carriers and work with underwriters to get proper terms for our client risks
Conduct regular policy reviews to align coverage with evolving client needs.
Able to process servicing requests / endorsements that are asked of us.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency standards.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to attract high-net-worth clients.
