We are seeking a highly experienced and health-focused self employed Private Chef for a long-term agrement, part-time position in Soho, New York. The chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for one to two principals, three days per week. This role requires an excellent understanding of prenatal dietary requirements, including but not limited to: no processed sugar, low dairy, no raw egg yolk, no raw fish, and avoidance of certain fruits such as papaya and pineapple. All meals must be prepared with a strong focus on health and ingredient quality, while maintaining elevated culinary standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-end restaurants or private households and a strong portfolio of wellness-based cuisine. While the kitchen space is well-equipped, the chef must be comfortable working independently and liaising directly with the principals to organize a suitable weekly schedule.
