As the Sous Chef, this role is responsible for supporting the successful operation of the Culinary Department for the facility. Working in partnership with the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef assists with oversight of food preparation, cooking, and daily menu execution, including presentation and garnishment. This position may provide supervision to hourly associates and collaborates closely with culinary leadership on menu development, ordering, and the rollout of new initiatives.
