Our Opportunity We are seeking a Private Care Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of private duty and personal care services provided to clients in their homes. This pivotal role will ensure the delivery of high quality, person centered care that meets regulatory, organizational, and client standards.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of all regulation governing licensed private care service agencies operating under Florida statutes.
- Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in home health, private duty, or senior care.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families, ensuring satisfaction and continuity of care.
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team members, including nursing, therapy, and administrative staff to meet our client's needs.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, compassion, and accountability among staff.
- Recruit, train, and supervisor private care staff.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
