The Private Bank Lending Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to a Private Banker located at the Plaza building. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the loan origination process by working with loan officers, internal departments, clients, and third parties. Other client-related responsibilities include monitoring account overdrafts, maturing loans, past-due loans, loan covenant exception clearing, and facilitating miscellaneous requests including items needing research and new deposit account inquiries. Additional responsibilities include handling activities related to sponsorships, client entertainment, and other special projects. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, self-motivation, and professionalism. The person in this role will communicate frequently with Private Bank clients via email, over the phone, and in-person.
