Position Purpose: Transforms complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Designs and maintains interactive dashboards, collaborates with stakeholders to define KPIs, and ensure data quality and compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience required
• 4+ years Information Systems, Data analytics or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill required
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices (DAX, complex data models, performance optimization, row-level security)
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and advanced analysis
• Experience working with large dataset and data transformation preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with risk, resilience, operational, or compliance data is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Translate complex datasets into meaningful visual insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Clean, organize, and integrate data from multiple sources
• Partner with the Power BI Center of Excellence to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
• Implement data quality checks and perform regular audits
• Maintain documentation for all developed reports and dashboards
• Recommend process improvements and stay current with industry best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned
