As a Privacy Program Manager at Meta, you will play a crucial role in leading the cross-functional privacy review process for new products and features. This position requires you to facilitate discussions and coordinate efforts among product managers and privacy stakeholders across various departments, including legal, public policy, product marketing, security, and communications. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs within a matrix organization, covering a wide range of areas. Your expertise will be essential in developing and managing end-to-end project plans, ensuring the timely delivery of technical hardware and software solutions. In this role, you will provide hands-on program management throughout the entire project lifecycle, which includes analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases. You will also perform risk management and change management on projects, ensuring that all aspects are coordinated effectively. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned, as well as working closely with product managers and other privacy stakeholders to develop and drive consensus around innovative solutions to privacy-by-design challenges. Additionally, you will track and document new product proposals, status updates, and key decisions, communicating privacy decisions to the broader cross-functional team to ensure proper implementation. This position allows for telecommuting from anywhere in the United States, providing flexibility in your work environment.
