About The Position

Privacy Analyst The Opportunity: As a cyber mission specialist, you understand the value of hunt-forward operations, and you know that battles are won in the grey. We’re looking for a privacy analyst like you to apply your skills in the design, management, and support of the implementation, enforcement, and continuous improvement of ethics and compliance programs focused on data privacy. In this role, you’ll be counted on to support our client's privacy office in the myriad tasks needed to support the client's privacy program. This is an opportunity to use your research and analysis skills to adequately assess and inform operators and senior leadership or commanders on dynamic adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures for privacy-focused activities. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with privacy or information security in a professional or nonprofit environment
• Experience in assessing and implementing privacy controls under NIST SP 800-53 Revision 4 or Revision 5
• Knowledge of privacy laws and standards, such as the Privacy Act, E-Government Act of 2002, or NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5
• Ability to support privacy assessments or continuous monitoring of controls and identify privacy issues
• Ability to execute against clear objectives, priorities, and success metrics or KPIs
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain an IAPP Privacy Certification within 3 months of start date

Nice To Haves

• Experience with law or public policy
• Experience in monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring compliance with federal privacy laws and policies, including the Privacy Act of 1974, the E-Government Act of 2002, and privacy-related guidance by the Office of Management and Budget
• Experience analyzing, updating, and implementing privacy-related policies, procedures, and guidance
• Experience analyzing current and planned policies and activities
• Experience assessing compliance with applicable privacy requirements
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities
