The Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of facilities and equipment. The Maintenance Worker performs a variety of tasks, including repairing electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, conducting routine inspections, and addressing maintenance needs to prevent breakdowns. Additionally, they may oversee the inventory and use of tools and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient environment and reports to the Deputy Warden of Operations. This is a union position. This includes a 2-week post-employment orientation, including instruction by staff and peers.
