Printing Press Utility Operator

About The Position

Outlook Group is looking for a highly skilled Narrow Web Flexo Printing Press Operator to join our team as a Utility Operator and help us run the quality labels we are known for. This person will set up and run multiple Narrow Web Flexo Mark Andy and MPS Presses. Outlook Group prints pressure-sensitive labels, peel and reseal labels and also variable data labels. As a Utility Operator, part of your responsibility will be to set up the press, ensure the job is running properly and check quality throughout the run of printing labels. If you are an experienced Label Press Operator and are driven to work with other great people and take pride in what you do, we want you! You will be working with custom product packaging and printing labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, and fulfillment in several industries such as food and beverage, personal care, and consumer healthcare. We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts: 2nd shift: Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience operating a Narrow Web Flexographic Press
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and mathematical skills
Be reliable with a great work ethic
Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a Mark Andy machine is a bonus
