About The Position

About this Role… Nosco is seeking motivated Printing Press Operators to join our growing team on 2nd and 3rd shift across multiple press platforms — Flexographic, Lithographic, Digital (HP & Digicon), and Carton Gluing/Bindery . As an employee‑owner, you will support the production of high‑quality printed materials, including labels, cartons, and flexible packaging for healthcare, personal care, and consumer goods markets.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in flexographic, lithographic, digital press, bindery/carton gluing, or other industrial machinery operations preferred.
• Understanding of basic quality systems and documentation processes.
• Positive attitude, strong attendance, and willingness to learn new equipment.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, overtime, and occasional weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, reaching over equipment, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Long periods of concentration.
• Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run high‑quality jobs on printing equipment.
• Perform finishing operations.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and customer specifications to meet quality expectations.
• Monitor print quality and identify defects; complete all production documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot job issues and minor mechanical problems.
• Perform regular equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain strong productivity, meeting department goals for setup times and run speeds.
• Collaborate with downstream operators to minimize remakes and maintain workflow.
