About The Position

Outlook Group is looking for experienced Narrow Web Printing Press Operators to join our growing team and help us run the quality labels we are known for. The ideal candidate will set up and run a Narrow Web Flexo Press. Outlook Group prints pressure-sensitive labels, peel and reseal labels and also variable data labels. Part of your responsibility will be to ensure the job is running properly and check quality throughout the run. If you are an experienced Label Press Operator and are driven to work with other great people and take pride in what you do, we want you! Shift available: 6:00am-6:00pm on a 2,2,3 schedule NO ROTATING SHIFTS! Work half the year! Get paid 20 hours of overtime for working your normal 2,2,3 schedule each pay period! Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of experience operating a Narrow Web Flexographic Press
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and mathematical skills
Be reliable with a great work ethic

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a Mark Andy machine is a bonus
