Starting Pay (H1-H5): $17.43 - 23.69/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential) Based on grade, position, and experience. Pay Grade Range (H1-H5): $17.43 - 29.50/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential) Based on grade, position, and experience. Days: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm Front Half Days: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00am-7:00pm Back Half Days: Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00am-7:00pm Nights: Monday-Thursday (every other Thursday based on production) 7:00pm-7:00am Available Positions at Phoenix Color: Sheeting Material Handler (H2) - Back Half Days Film Machine Operator (H4) - Front Half Days Film Machine Operator (H4) - Back Half Days Film Machine Operator (H4) - Nights Folding Machine Operator (H5) - Nights Custodian (H1) - Monday-Friday 3:00am-11:00am Pressroom Press Assistant (H4) - Nights Foil & Emboss Coordinator (H4) - Monday-Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm Foil Machine Operator (H5) - Nights Availability may fluctuate. Physical Requirements for Pressroom, Film, Foil, Shipping, Spot UV, and Sheeting: Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand/walk for 12 hours, and push/pull 1100lbs with use of a manual pallet jack or stand up forklift
Requirements
- Must be able to read color differentiation and a ruler
- Ability to read and understand written instructions
- High levels of attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team
- Mechanically inclined
- May be exposed to some liquid chemicals or vapors
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Nice To Haves
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience preferred
- Technical training with printing concentration preferred
- Class C Driver’s License (Box Truck Driving positions only)
