About The Position

Responsible for printing the layout and design advertisements and a variety of documents such as forms, brochures, newsletters, logos, stationery, invitations, flyers and presentations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Knowledge of internal workings of a printing facility and pressroom including pre-press work with graphic arts, direct to plate output and operation of an RIP Station

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to assure production work requirements are clearly defined and that timeframes and cost factors are given appropriate consideration.
• Communicate the status of jobs, any unique circumstances relating to jobs, etc. to Marketing staff as needed.
• Ensure all jobs are delivered on-time, expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Remain in contact with customers when critical issues arise or work production schedule is jeopardized.
• Perform production (copying, printing, laminating, etc.) and delivery of completed job orders; set-up and make plates for printing press as needed.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork, print requests, documents, etc. Keep job ticket information complete, accurate and current.
