Pay & Schedule $18.00 - $22.00 per Hour with $1.00 per Hour Increase at 90 Days Overtime available Monday – Thursday (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) 4-day work week (3-day weekends!) Environmentally focused company making a real impact and reducing e-waste Second Chance Employer Award-winning workplace (Cincinnati Business Courier Climb Award) Friendly, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities Growing company with long-term opportunity Hands-on, independent work environment Opportunity to build technical skills across multiple device types What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair printer issues (mechanical, electrical, and software) Perform routine maintenance on inkjet, laser, and multi-function printers Complete both in-house repairs and occasional on-site service calls Accurately document work performed and parts used Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations Train customers on proper use and basic maintenance Prioritize tasks based on urgency and workload Follow safety procedures and company guidelines What We’re Looking For 1+ year of printer repair, equipment maintenance, or similar technical experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Good communication and customer service skills Basic computer and networking knowledge (preferred) Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams Pass a drug screen and background check Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Requirements

1+ year of printer repair, equipment maintenance, or similar technical experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Good communication and customer service skills
Pass a drug screen and background check
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in warehouse, production, and office environments
