About The Position

The fundamental reason this position exists is to perform functions necessary to operate printing equipment to fulfill customer orders. This position could operate golf tee printing machines or golf accessory printing equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Able to distinguish colors as shown in a Pantone Color Match Guide
• Ability to effectively manage time and resources in an organized manner
• Ability to read and understand requirements for customer work orders
• Must have reliable transportation
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to understand basic addition and subtraction

Responsibilities

• Operate printing equipment to meet customer demand and production goals
• Properly record production/order fulfillment in our operating database
• Communicate with prior/following shift printer operators to insure proper workflow
• Communicate with supervisors and maintenance personnel to maintain equipment efficiencies
• Uphold established quality standards for printed products
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work safely upholding our company PPE and Safety requirements
• Adhere to company policies and practices as outlined in our company handbook
