About The Position

The Print and Sign Services Coordinator II acts as a shift lead, coordinating the work of team members and overseeing the efficient execution of print jobs. This role is responsible for managing the timely routing of print jobs, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality assurance. The Coordinator also provides pricing, manages customer expectations, and ensures the timely delivery of all products. 2nd Shift 3:30 pm to Midnight Will have to work some Holidays/Weekends if needed Facility address is: 1760 N 2200 W Suite 40 Salt Lake City, 84116 Pay Range: 21.33 - 32.47 USD Hourly Essential Functions Administrative and Supervisory Tasks: Lead and coordinate the work of others, perform administrative duties related to department operations, and manage quality control processes. Training and Oversight: Train staff on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks, and oversee adherence to quality standards. Ensure team accountability for attendance and keep the manager informed of any issues requiring formal coaching. Performance Management: Coordinate performance evaluations with the manager and address any performance or operational issues as needed. Daily Operations: Supervise the daily activities of the print staff, coordinate with the design center, and work directly with customers to meet their needs and expectations. Job Routing and Processing: Route job requests to the design center or print production, including verifying files, version control, branding, and authorization for printing. Familiarity with content libraries (e.g., KR, document center) is required. Customer Support: Assist customers with Print It training and problem-solving, and provide reports on order history, usage by items, personnel, facility, and date range. Equipment Management: Troubleshoot equipment issues, schedule repairs, and manage equipment maintenance. Ethical Standards: Demonstrate and uphold Intermountain’s high ethical standards and values consistently.
