About The Position

The Print Project Manager at The Bernard Group is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and finalization of print projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Previous work experience as a project manager.
• Experience working in digital print and merchandising fixture production is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management software, including Excel, Google, and Project.
• Ability to pay close attention to details and complete projects accurately within deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively and creatively.
• Effective time management and self-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the retail industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills including demonstrated listening skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage projects from beginning to end.
• Gather costs for estimating purposes based on client expectations and knowledge of material and labor costs.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client contacts to understand their quality expectations.
• Collaborate with employees across several functions to achieve desired results.
• Bring ideas to improve processes and procedures for efficient operations.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
