Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing, print production, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; Adobe InDesign/Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors to bid, purchase, and deliver signage for stores, events, and meetings.
• Partner with creative, marketing, and visual teams on signage briefs, timelines, proofing, and approvals.
• Monitor project progress, track changes, and ensure timely delivery to stores.
• Review and update existing signage and manage logistics for shipping/distribution.
• Support budget tracking and cost analysis on print programs.
