Requirements

• An understanding of, or willingness to learn our Printing processes.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs., walk, bend, and lift 5 lbs regularly as well as standing for 8-10 hour shifts
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment and be quality oriented
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed
• A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills

Responsibilities

• Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products
• Set-up and teardown between jobs
• Prioritize and complete work based on shipping schedule
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order is accurate
• Communicate needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
• Assist in other areas when the business requires
• Other duties as assigned
