About The Position

Xerox Corporation is seeking a Print Production Level 3 Specialist to support high-volume print and production operations on a third-shift schedule. This role is responsible for operating digital and color print equipment, managing customer print jobs, and ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of production output.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and demonstrates professionalism while working independently in a production environment.

Requirements

  • Functional computer skills, including keyboard and mouse proficiency
  • Ability to send and receive emails; open, save, and manage documents and files
  • Data entry experience and comfort working with PC applications
  • Ability to use Internet Explorer for web browsing and sending documents to preconfigured printers
  • Basic math skills, including multiplication, division, and percentages
  • Experience operating print presses, printing machines, or production print equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Demonstrated business maturity and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently on an overnight shift

Responsibilities

  • Operate digital, color, and high-volume printers and copiers
  • Receive, review, log, estimate, schedule, and track incoming customer jobs
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer print requests
  • Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs
  • Operate finishing equipment including paper cutters, inserters, laminators, and hole punchers
  • Sort, scan, and convert hardcopy materials into digital formats
  • Perform file and document conversion using standard software
  • Track, store, and back up customer jobs for future reuse
  • Apply asset tags to office equipment and update asset databases
  • Track and coordinate moves, adds, and changes of office equipment assets
  • Perform operator-level maintenance and routine cleaning of equipment
  • Collect and submit meter reads and maintain billing and reporting logs
  • Process incoming and outgoing faxes and log activity for billing purposes
  • Troubleshoot print and equipment issues and contact service personnel as needed
  • Use PC-based applications to collect data and report equipment issues
  • Lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds as required
