Operate digital, high-volume, and color production equipment to meet customer requirements Serve as point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log incoming print jobs Perform routine and defined production tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Operate finishing equipment including paper cutters, inserters, laminators, hole punchers, and folding/inserting mail equipment Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after each production run Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to meet delivery and output requirements Clean and perform operator-level maintenance on production and office equipment Process forms, update information, and maintain reporting logs for billing and tracking Estimate, schedule, and track production jobs to ensure timely completion Optimize document design for print quality and reproduction, including inspection of fonts, resolution, and formatting Sort, scan, and convert hardcopy materials into digital formats as required Manage file storage, backup, and retrieval for future reuse Integrate variable data files into print templates Collect meter reads and coordinate service requests with vendors as needed Provide minimal training and support to end-users on equipment and processes Engage third-party vendors (including Xerox and others) for supplies and service support Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds as required Support a secondary client location approximately 5 miles away on a very limited basis (approximately four times per year)
