Position Summary Oversee mailroom operations to ensure efficient distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and parcels across the organization. Lead and mentor mail services staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-effective mail service solutions. Maintain inventory of mailroom supplies and monitor related budgets. Ensure compliance with security protocols and privacy regulations for sensitive mail. Introduce and manage mailroom technologies (e.g., tracking systems, barcode scanners) to improve accuracy and efficiency. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a print or mailroom setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and PDF tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Successful completion of background and drug screening
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Experience operating: Neopost/Pitney Bowes Class inserters
  • Xerox production-class printers
  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree or specialized training preferred
