Position Summary Join the CVS corporate mailroom team and play a key role in managing high-volume digital printing and mail operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include operating large production-class printers, folding and inserting documents into envelopes using high-capacity inserter machines, and performing other mailroom functions throughout the day. This role requires verifying print jobs against documentation, completing printing, inserting, postage stamping, and communicating job completion within strict timeframes. As part of a 24/7, 365-day operation handling sensitive healthcare information, accuracy and confidentiality are essential. Requirements

  • Experience in a print or mailroom setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, Outlook, PDF tools)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience operating: Neopost/Pitney Bowes Class inserters
  • Xerox production-class printers
  • Prior experience in a similar or related role
  • Bachelor’s degree or specialized training preferred
