We are seeking a versatile, customer-focused part-time Print Production & Retail Sales Associate to support both our growing print operation and day-to-day retail store activities. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced customer service environment, has a strong eye for design, and is confident using both traditional graphic design tools and newer AI-powered creative tools to work efficiently. In this position, you will assist customers with a wide range of retail services, including Amazon returns, UPS drop-offs, domestic and international shipping, copies, scanning, faxing, and other business service needs. You will also support our print department by helping create, edit, and prepare files for production, with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and quality. We are looking for someone with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite , especially Photoshop and InDesign , and familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows . Experience writing clear prompts and using tools such as ChatGPT and/or Google Gemini to quickly generate and refine ideas or images is a major plus. Prior print production experience — including items such as business cards, postcards, wide-format printing, or bindery — is highly preferred, though not required. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a developing print business. If you exceed expectations, there is potential for advancement into a full-time Print Production Manager / Graphic Designer role (this could happen pretty quickly).
