Requirements
- Willingness to learn duplicating materials and equipment
- Willingness to learn MFG (billing) and GP (inventory) systems
- Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
- Ability to promote ARC's products and services effectively
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
Responsibilities
- Greet and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Process work orders via phone, email, and hard copy
- Enter billing projects into the system and complete order forms
- Examine documents and digital files for completeness and defects
- Operate copiers, binding, and scanning equipment
- Manage inventory and route materials to production
- Communicate with customers throughout the production phase
- Coordinate with production, sales, and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery
- Provide product and process information, including turnaround times
- Promote add-on services and merchandise to existing customers
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
