About The Position

The PPM is responsible for liaising with the clients and printers, providing internal instruction to modify artwork so that the final print will meet (as close as possible) the original design intent, across multiple packaging types and print processes. What you'll be doing: Follow all Standard Working Practices (SWP) Assess new designs, liaising with the client, printer and tooling supplier to agree artwork changes/separation approach, based on the chosen print process. Provide Artworkers with technical instructions on artwork separation Support and develop Artworkers to apply reprographics/colour separation with minimum PPM input Train and support new and junior members of the PPM team Specify tooling requirements (where required) Maintain client brand targets and colour standards Maintain printer specification records (in ZEN), and printer qualification Maintain PPM technical records Provide post-print analysis (both measured and visual) Work in conjunction with all other areas of the business to ensure that artwork is generated in the most effective and timely manner possible This position is located in our Cincinnati OH Office Our Thermoformed and Flexible Packaging business serves North America, Latin America and Europe with 22 locations. Requirements

  • Understands Tridents products, customer requirements and processes.
  • Is able to demonstrate compliance with SWP & Account specific practices.
  • Actively uses Trident technologies to create efficiencies
  • Deliver excellent internal and external customer service, communicating effectively
  • Is able to demonstrate excellent customer service, ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded
  • Competent user of: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Outlook, Word, Excel, bespoke Trident systems and if necessary other Artwork software packages such as InDesign
  • Has the desire to upskill and takes responsibility for self-development.
  • Open to constructive feedback for self-improvement
