Perform basic document assembly, finishing, and production tasks to meet contracted customer requirements. Receive, review, and electronically log incoming customer print and production jobs. Estimate, schedule, track, and store production jobs for future reuse, including file backup as required. Operate low- to mid-volume printers, copiers, and standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, inserters, laminators, hole punchers, etc.). Operate basic office equipment including printers, copiers, and fax machines. Process and distribute incoming/outgoing faxes and maintain logs for billing. Log incoming packages and accountable mail. Wrap, pack, label, and ship completed production work. Perform basic file/document conversion using standard software. Sort and scan hardcopy materials into digital formats (training provided as needed). Perform quality inspections before, during, and after each production run. Perform routine operator maintenance and clean equipment as needed. Monitor equipment performance and report service issues using designated applications. Apply asset tags to office equipment and update asset tracking databases. Coordinate moves, adds, and changes of office equipment at customer locations. Collect and submit meter reads and maintain production and billing logs. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and distribute supplies as required. Process basic forms and perform data entry using a PC. Troubleshoot basic production or workflow issues to meet output and delivery requirements. Provide internal mail delivery and courier services as requested. Ability to lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
