We're looking for a Print Production – Finishing, Support & Operator to play a key hands-on role in our production process. You'll help operate finishing equipment, keep workflow moving, and ensure every product meets our quality standards. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing great work-this role is for you.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable working in a team-based production environment

Responsibilities

• Operate and support finishing equipment (folding, gluing, foiling, cutting)
• Assist with setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Feed, catch, inspect, and pack finished product
• Read job tickets and ensure specs and quality standards are met
• Monitor quality and make adjustments as needed
• Help with packaging, labeling, and production support
• Maintain clean work areas and accurate production records
