Our Design team is responsible for establishing the trends, color, and style direction for our seasonal and customer-driven lines. They create apparel designs to be shared with internal teams during trend presentations, and external teams at buyer meetings. Once orders are placed, the Design team project manages and oversees the sample development and production process in conjunction with cross-functional partners. Our Laura Ashley brand draws inspiration from the quintessential English lifestyle. Creating a feminine, sophisticated and timeless product, these traditional values and aesthetics are applied to create patterns that are rich in floral prints, remaining classic and true to the brand. Our prints bring our product to life and we are seeking a Print Production Design Assistant who can help us manage this process end-to-end. This unique position smooths the lines between our talented print and design teams. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of how the print process incorporates into the overall design processes and be able to multi-task the many moving parts of production. This person must be aligned aesthetically with the brand, organized, eager to learn and able to execute these essential responsibilities:
