About The Position

The Print Production Coordinator at Kid Stuff Marketing is responsible for overseeing the production of printed materials for various marketing and advertising purposes. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Print Coordinator are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of printed materials for marketing and advertising.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing and negotiating pricing.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and review cost estimates for production jobs, maintaining budget compliance.
• Work with the design team to ensure final files meet print requirements and review proofs for accuracy.
• Oversee inventory levels as needed and manage documentation of project details.
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients to provide updates on project progress and address production issues.
