Position Overview Koroseal is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Printer Operator to join our production team in Louisville, KY. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for preparing, operating, and maintaining our industrial printing equipment to ensure the accurate and efficient production of high-quality wallcovering

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift certification or willingness to complete forklift training
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
  • Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
  • Computer literacy is a plus
  • Must pass a physical, drug screening, and background check

Responsibilities

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing warehouse inventory
  • Load and unload products efficiently and safely
  • Scan, track, and manage incoming and outgoing orders
  • Transport goods within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand carts
  • Label, stack, shelve, and stage inventory for storage and shipment
  • Fulfill, package, and label orders with accuracy
  • Perform manual inventory counts as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to management
  • Follow all warehouse SOPs and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to meet warehouse goals
  • Other duties as assigned
