About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Fleet Management & Print Services Support Specialist to oversee and support daily operations of our printer and copier fleet. This role involves hands-on maintenance of Key-Op devices, coordination with Ricoh technicians, customer communication, and assisting with production center print jobs. If you enjoy a mix of technical troubleshooting, customer interaction, and operational support, this role is a great fit.

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate computer knowledge (required).
  • Ability to learn and operate printer/copier management software and ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to lift paper boxes, toner, and other print supplies as needed.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and IT teams professionally.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage time across multiple tasks and locations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with printer fleet management, copier support, or Key-Op responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Ricoh machines and service request processes.
  • Basic understanding of network printing environments.
  • Previous experience in a print production center or office equipment support role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of company printers and copiers across multiple locations.
  • Perform routine meter collections for accurate reporting and billing.
  • Troubleshoot basic device issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Manage toner inventory , including ordering, tracking, and replacing toner cartridges.
  • Submit and coordinate service requests with Ricoh technicians , ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of device status, service calls, and supply levels.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding device updates, issues, and service status.
  • Collaborate with customer IT teams to resolve connectivity or network-related printer issues.
  • Provide regular communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Clean machine glass and exterior surfaces to ensure print quality and appearance.
  • Run test prints to verify proper operation and troubleshoot print defects.
  • Ensure paper trays are filled, properly aligned, and ready for use.
  • Perform light preventive maintenance tasks as required.
  • Assist with print jobs in the production center, including job setup, output monitoring, finishing, and quality checks.
  • Support high-volume print requests and ensure timely delivery of completed jobs.
