What Drives Success The person in this position sets-up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Duties include, but are not limited to: Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery. Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications, accurately and in a timely manner. Perform a variety of tasks. What We Are Looking For Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 2 years of related experience. Requires the ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations. May require forklift certification. Valid driver’s license with good driving record may be required. Able to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift. Able to lift up to 60 pounds. What We Offer Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.23 – $25.24 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
