About The Position

The Field Representative I, Fulfillment provides operational support within a fulfillment center environment. This role supports one or more service areas, including high‑volume printing, copying, shipping and receiving, mail services, and postage application. The position operates previously calibrated equipment to produce large‑volume print jobs and may also provide copier maintenance and repair at customer sites. Additional responsibilities may include bindery work, quality control, final checks, housekeeping, file services, call center assistance, reception support, meeting setup, and light building maintenance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2–3 years of related work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
  • Ability to learn complex production and communication systems, including customer‑specific applications.

  • Experience in copy or print services, preferably in a high‑production, mechanically sophisticated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate high‑volume printing equipment, including production machines in a mechanically sophisticated print environment; perform binding and finishing work.
  • Set up and run all applications across assigned equipment.
  • Ensure convenience copiers are operating properly by conducting daily inspections; clear paper jams and report technical issues to service technicians.
  • Perform all copier repair and service tasks on customer equipment.
  • Maintain records for management reporting and supply inventory tracking.
  • Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to designated personnel or locations.
  • Calculate charges for completed jobs and maintain billing logs.
  • Respond to and coordinate customer service calls.
  • Perform filing duties in support of customer requests.
  • Deliver completed print jobs to designated customer locations, both on‑site and off‑site.
  • Maintain daily meter readings and service logs.
  • Travel between customer buildings as required.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding job status and feasibility.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of convenience copier areas.
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Support meeting room and conference room setups.
  • Assist with internal building occupant moves.
  • Perform re‑lamping, light maintenance, and occasional cleaning duties.
  • Work nights, weekends, or off‑hours as needed, including emergency response.
  • Operate bindery and finishing equipment, including shrink‑wrap machines, paper cutters, joggers, tape machines, stackers, electric staplers, and scales.
  • Use copier equipment, calculators, fax machines, postage meters, and basic PC systems.
  • Perform document purging and archival filing as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
