We are actively seeking a Print Administrator for our Edgewood facility. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time. The role of a Print Administrator Monitors systems to detect performance issues and resolves technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms/applications using established protocols. Identifies incident trends for the purpose of escalating incidents, adhering to strict timeframes, and following established protocols.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma/GED and degree in print management or a related field is required.
  • Flexible work schedule to meet the demands of a volume-driven operation
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in print technologies and project management software is crucial.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills are necessary to manage a team and ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are required to oversee production processes, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel skills with the ability to build spreadsheets and basic databases
  • The candidate must be able to work alone under minimal supervision with tight deadlines and be a motivated self-starter
  • Comfort and experience interacting and communicating with Sr. Leadership
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is important for ensuring compliance with quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts routine installations and configurations and proficiently assembles and integrates system/products, all in accordance with standard protocols.
  • Responds to common service, product, technical, and customer relations inquiries, addressing problems promptly and appropriately, thereby ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Executes approved and documented scripted change management activities, adhering rigorously to incident, change, and problem management processes to maintain service quality and compliance.
  • Maintains daily production goals and consistently exceeds contract-required response times, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Aligns individual work with strategy, collaborates with teams to enhance operations and implement process improvements to standardize processes.
  • Adheres to established standards, ensuring data confidentiality, and supports execution of business processes with independent judgment.
  • Completes process-oriented assignments, shares technical information, and supports department-level operational plans.
  • Identifies and solves varied problems and completes day-to-day tasks with forward planning and minimal supervision.
  • Impacts multiple teams and acts as a project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
  • Managing print-related tasks: This includes delivering supplies, managing accounts, and handling day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with suppliers and peers.
  • Collaboration: Working with university departments and external customers to provide solutions.
  • Security: Implementing access controls and print auditing to ensure secure and authorized printing.
  • Quality control: Reviewing complex reprographic print orders and managing print jobs from start to finish.
  • Client support: Assisting with quality control and delivery for vended print projects.
  • Operational support: Providing essential operational support across all teams.
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned
