Our team is searching for a Principal Analyst to operate at the center of a sophisticated, multi-functional program, driving clarity through data, metrics, and executive-ready insights. This role is responsible for identifying reporting opportunities that surface areas for improvement, tracking realized benefits, and ensuring a single, stitched-together view of program performance across teams, systems, and partners. You'll partner closely with product, technology, operations, finance, and leadership defining metrics, establish reporting standards, and deliver clear, actionable readouts at the executive level. Success is measured by the ability to turn fragmented data into trusted insights, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and enable leadership to make informed, timely decisions. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, program reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role (Required)
  • Deep architectural expertise in microservice-based systems, including integrations, supporting database technologies, and evaluate architectural impacts on performance, scalability, and delivery outcomes.
  • Proven ability to analyze sophisticated technical and operational data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for both technical partners and executive leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with validated ability to influence multi-functional partners, present to senior leaders, and operate efficiently without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to mentor peers, handle ambiguity, prioritize challenging demands, and operate independently while supporting large-scale, enterprise initiatives
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or a related field.
  • In lieu of degree, equivalent proven experience may be considered.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities through analysis and communicate recommendations clearly to partners and leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead project risk identification and communicate status, insights, and trends to team leads, project managers, and leadership to improve project outcomes and support informed decision-making
  • Define cross-domain technical roadmaps, solution designs, and success metrics to ensure alignment, improve visibility, and mitigate risks across multiple systems and teams
  • Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into IT solutions, metrics, and reporting artifacts that meet business needs within assigned domains
  • Translate business requests into technical user stories, system diagrams, compose documents, dashboards, and executive-ready readouts to support system functionality, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner multi-functionally to ensure data from multiple systems, teams, and tools is accurately coordinated into a consistent, trusted view for program and leadership reporting
