Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in program management, leadership development, or a related field, preferably within a large matrixed organization
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budget management and process improvement methodologies
