As the Leadership Development Lead, you will set the enterprise leadership development strategy and lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences that build a strong, inclusive, future‑ready leadership bench. This role partners closely with senior executives, HR Business Partners, and cross‑functional leaders to align leadership development with business priorities, organizational culture, and succession planning needs. Responsibilities span strategy development, program design, assessment and coaching, leadership pipeline readiness, and application of learning analytics and industry best practices.
