About The Position

Why This Role Matters: At Helios Consulting, we go beyond implementation to help our clients unlock the full potential of Workday. Our team of top-tier Workday professionals combines deep functional and technical knowledge with real-world insight, all united by a relentless focus on delivering meaningful business outcomes that scale. Here, you’ll be empowered to make a difference and supported by a collaborative culture that values professional growth, innovation, and true partnership. If you’re ready to elevate your career alongside some of the best in the field, Helios is where you can do your best work.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration or operations; expertise in HCM and Talent or Recruiting required
  • Functional knowledge of Workday HCM is ideal, especially experience translating business needs into Workday solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complexity and provide clear, actionable solutions
  • Demonstrated success in team environments — building strong partnerships, communicating effectively, and contributing to shared goals
  • Proven ability to navigate dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities, and meet project milestones
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver meaningful business results
  • Workday consulting experience, whether in an internal practitioner role or with a services partner
  • Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand business needs and align them with scalable, effective Workday solutions
  • Lead and support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules across HCM, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning
  • Participate in design workshops and requirement gathering, translating complex challenges into executable plans
  • Tackle projects of varying size and complexity with clarity and confidence — always focused on delivering value
  • Bring a consultative approach to problem-solving, helping clients simplify where possible and optimize for long-term success
  • Collaborate across teams with a shared commitment to delivering outcomes, not just outputs

Benefits

  • Flexible Remote Work: Work where you're most productive while staying connected to a collaborative and engaged team
  • Generous Paid Time Off & Holidays: We believe rest fuels results — take the time you need to recharge and come back at your best
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Including medical, dental, and vision coverage that keeps you and your loved ones well cared for
  • 401(k) with Employer Contribution: Your future matters — we invest in it right alongside you.
  • Parental Leave: We support your whole life, not just your work life — including time for family when it matters most
  • Life & Disability Insurance: Peace of mind for you and your family, with both short- and long-term coverage
