As leader of a ministry of Sacred Heart Parish, the Principal serves as a driver of educational and spiritual growth, you will cultivate a culture of discipleship and academic distinction. You will have the mandate to inspire innovation in the classroom while upholding the timeless traditions of Catholic education within the Diocese of Fort Worth. As Principal, you will oversee a vibrant academic environment characterized by: Focused Learning Environments: Small class sizes that allow for true mentorship, differentiated instruction, and a close-knit "school family" atmosphere. Comprehensive Educational Span: Leadership oversight of a diverse curriculum, including a Montessori Pre-K program and a college-preparatory high school. Innovative Programs: A premier Robotics program that participates in regional/state competitions and a high school Vocational Shop teaching five distinct trades. Engaged Clergy: As a ministry of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, our clergy are deeply committed to the flourishing of Sacred Heart School; our Pastor teaches Senior Religion and one of our Deacons instructs high school Calculus, ensuring deep spiritual and intellectual integration.
